Bali’s beach club scene splits into a few clear zones. Seminyak and Canggu face the sunset along a long stretch of west-coast sand, with the island’s biggest names and busiest weekend parties. On the Bukit peninsula, Uluwatu’s clubs sit on cliffs or in coves reached by lift or funicular, and Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Sanur are calmer and more family-minded.

Most clubs open from late morning until midnight. Day beds usually carry a minimum spend, and the best sunset beds go early, so book ahead in July, August and over Christmas.
