Azul Beach Club is part of Bali Mandira Beach Resort on Legian beach, built from bamboo over several levels with an infinity pool and sunset pods looking out to sea. Its upper level houses what it bills as Bali's first tiki bar, serving craft cocktails in custom glassware.
Pool area access comes with a minimum spend from around IDR 150,000, making it one of the easier beach clubs on this stretch to drop into. It is open from 7am to 11pm for breakfast, lunch, sunset and dinner, with reservations through the website.
Regular events include Sunset Soirées, lunch-by-the-pool deals, Groovy Mondays and a Tipsy Tea afternoon. It suits couples and small groups in Kuta and Legian looking for a sunset drink without the big-club price tag.
