Dash Beach Club is the beachfront pool club of Dash Resort Langkawi, set directly on Pantai Tengah's sand, just south of Pantai Cenang. An infinity pool with a swim-up bar is the centrepiece, ringed by sun loungers, day beds and cabanas that look straight out to the Andaman Sea.
Non-guests can come in for a swim, or pay for a lounger, day bed or cabana. These packages include towel hire and a free beer or soft drink. MYA, the resort's Asian-fusion restaurant, handles food. After dark the pool and bar glow in neon pinks and purples as DJs take over.
It is popular with couples and groups and gets busiest on Fridays and Saturdays. Arrive before 2pm for the best spots. There is no lifeguard, so keep an eye on children. Card and e-wallet payments are accepted. Pantai Tengah is about 15 minutes by car from Langkawi airport.
Bed prices and opening times move with the seasons, so confirm with the club before you set off.
