FOC by the Beach (formerly FOC Sentosa) brings Barcelona's beach-restaurant culture to Tanjong Beach. The striped two-storey beach house overlooks its own pool deck, with beach cabanas and picnic tables on the sand in front.
You can book a beach cabana, a picnic table, a pool lounge or a restaurant table online. Cabanas are sold in three-hour slots with a minimum spend, higher at weekends. The kitchen focuses on Mediterranean and Spanish cooking, with tapas, grilled seafood and paella with cocktails from the bar.
The mood is relaxed and grown-up rather than full-on party, which makes it a good pick for long lunches, couples and groups who want proper food with their sunbed. It is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Take the Sentosa Express to Beach Station, then the beach tram or a short walk to Tanjong Beach.
Bed prices and opening times move with the seasons, so confirm with the club before you set off.
