Chi Samui is a beach bar and restaurant on the white sand of Bangrak, on Samui's north coast. Its centrepiece is a 25-metre saltwater infinity pool with a swim-up bar, lined with daybeds and sofas, with umbrellas and loungers running down to the beach.
The kitchen serves modern cuisine led by chef Alessandro Frau, with a Sunday Roast every week, plus cocktails, wine, champagne, sake and cigars. DJs play sunset sessions on the beachfront, and the club throws a big Songkran water party, CHIKRAN, every April and a New Year's Eve party with fireworks over the bay.
Chi opens daily from 10.30am until late; the kitchen closes at 10pm, or 10.30pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Tables and beds are booked by WhatsApp. It suits couples and groups who want a stylish, food-focused day by the pool, and it is a short drive from the airport and Fisherman's Village.
