The Deck is a beach club on Bangrak Beach with a 27-metre infinity pool facing the sea, white sunbeds and sofas on the pool deck, and VIP sunbeds on the beachfront. On clear evenings the sun sets over the water towards Koh Phangan, and the pool deck makes the most of it.
Pool access is for sunbed bookings only. In high season (mid-December to April, and July to September) the lounge area costs THB 1,000 per person, pool sunbeds and sofas THB 1,500, VIP beachfront sunbeds THB 2,000 and a sala THB 6,000; in mid season sunbeds drop to THB 1,000. The restaurant serves Western dishes, tapas boards and cocktails, there are Thai massages on site, and live music and DJs play on event days.
Children are welcome in limited numbers, with a deposit for under-12s sharing a parent's sunbed, so it best suits couples and adults after a calm, polished pool day. Book ahead online.
Bed prices and opening times move with the seasons, so confirm with the club before you set off.
