Fira is a hillside venue on Khok Tanod Road between Karon and Kata Noi. Its beach club is laid out around an infinity pool with day beds for two to eight guests, VIP cabanas and private rooms, with wide views over the Andaman Sea and the bay below.
The beach club is open from 11am to 9pm, with table service, cocktails and an international menu. On the same site, KIPO steakhouse opens from 5pm and DOXA skybar from 4pm, so you can move up for sunset drinks and dinner.
Resident DJs play daily and international artists appear for special events, including ticketed pool parties (some from THB 500). Prices are on the high side, and the crowd is mostly couples and groups. Book day beds through the online reservation page. Parking on the hill is limited, so a taxi or tuk-tuk is easier.
Bed prices and opening times move with the seasons, so confirm with the club before you set off.
