Asha bills itself as the first beach club in Kepulauan Seribu. It sits on Pulau Payung, an island known for some of the best snorkelling near Jakarta, with white-sand beaches shaded by casuarina trees, bean bags and lazy chairs by the water, and a semi-outdoor club house serving local and international food, soft drinks and cocktails.
Day trips are sold with the return speedboat and a welcome drink from about Rp 550,000 per person on weekdays and Rp 600,000 at weekends, leaving Baywalk Mall in Pluit at 8am and returning at 3pm. On the island you can add jet skis, banana boats, paddleboards, snorkelling, diving, ATV rides and sunset cruises. Live music and DJ sets add to the evenings, and overnight guests stay in glamping tents or rooms.
It suits groups, families and company outings looking for an easy island day. Bring reef-safe sunscreen and book the boat in advance.
